TERMINAL TRANSMISSION #8: EIGHT BALL

TERMINAL TRANSMISSION #8

EIGHT BALL

by Chris La Vigna (@Chris_LaVigna)

It's a tough choice....

June 23rd, 2020: New York's wing of the Democratic Party held its primary elections, the temperature in Mamaroneck was eighty-four degrees Fahrenheit, and yours truly hosted another broadcast of TERMINAL TRANSMISSION on Kpiss.fm.

As always, I was still a bit nervous right before I was on the air. I'm not sure if that feeling will ever truly go away, to be honest. I think I'll always be a little jittery, a little anxious, just before any kind of performance I manage to pull off. And maybe that's a good thing. Maybe that's what will always keep me feeling alive.

I played some tunes from Red Fang, Red Arkade, Haram, Tobacco, Goblin, and others. My "Bandcamp Pick Of The Week" was the song "Trace Elements" by Between The Rain. They're a solid three-piece rock band that's currently based out of Dutchess County here in New York. As a I mentioned on the show, I hope I get the chance to see them live some day.

If you couldn't tune in to the live broadcast, You can listen to the full recording here. You can also find all other episodes of the show here. See You Next Tuesday, you beautiful bastards!
